Jatropa curcas Linn, Euphorbiacease.
Jatropa Flowers are greenish yellow in axillary. Erected shrub is 1 to 2 meters high. Leaves of the plant is palmate.
Medicinally important parts of plant is Plant juice, dried seeds, oil and leaves.
Leaves of the plant is used in treatment of ulcer and tumors and juice of the plant is used for eczema. Small cuttings are used for tooth ache and tooth cleaning. One of the major manufacture from Jatropa is Bio-Diesel.
